PARISH MEMBERSHIP

The founders of the Parish immigrated at the turn of the century from the Carpathian Mountains, the districts of Central Europe’s former Austro-Hungarian Empire.

Today, St. John’s Church is a community of people not only with Slavic roots, but with ties to countless lands, cultures and nationalities who have found spiritual life and joy in the parish community.

Membership in St. John’s Church is open to all who accept and profess the Holy Orthodox Christian Faith.  To Orthodox Christians, and to those a cordial invitation to “come and see” and “to come and follow” the Lord.”
